Who Buys From Us
Four kinds of buyers, and one kind we cannot serve.
- Importers and parts dealers — you stock axles and kits and resell to trailer builders and repair shops in your country.
- Fleet owners and transport companies — you run trailers and want to buy replacement running gear directly instead of through a local reseller.
- Trailer builders and body shops — you assemble trailers locally and need axles, suspensions, landing gear and couplings in matched sets.
- Repair and service workshops — you keep fast-moving items on the shelf and reorder every quarter.
Who we cannot serve: owner-drivers buying one axle or one brake chamber for their own trailer. We ship by container, so a single-piece order costs you more in freight than the part is worth. Your local parts dealer is the right place for that.
How Ordering Works — Four Steps
- Send your list. Submit the wholesale application or message us on WhatsApp with model, quantity and destination port. If you are not sure of the specification, send a photo of the part or the plate on your existing axle.
- Receive the FOB quotation. We reply within 24 hours with an FOB Qingdao offer, weight and volume per item, and how much of a container your list fills.
- Confirm and pay the deposit. We issue a proforma invoice. Packing starts once the deposit clears. Payment terms are in the FAQ below.
- Loading and documents. You receive loading photos and the container number on the day of loading, and the full document set as soon as the bill of lading is issued.
Full Container or Mixed Container
Two ways to buy, depending on how much you move per order.
- Full container (FCL) — one item type, or a few, filling a 20GP or 40HQ. Lowest cost per piece and the simplest paperwork.
- Mixed container — axles, suspension parts, landing gear, couplings and fast-moving small items in one container. This is how most first orders are placed: you test several lines without committing a full container to any one of them.
If your list does not fill a container, tell us the volume you want to reach and we will propose items to fill the remaining space, so you are not paying ocean freight for empty air.
Quality Control and Loading Standards
- Every batch is checked before packing: dimensions, bolt pattern, brake drum size, welding seams and surface finish.
- Axles are packed to prevent thread and spindle damage in transit; small items are boxed and labelled by item code.
- We photograph the goods before packing, during loading and after sealing, plus a close-up of the container number, and send the set to you on loading day.
- Warranty runs 6 to 12 months against defects in material and workmanship, depending on the part; the exact term for each line is stated on your quotation.
Export Documents and Shipping
We are the exporter of record, so the paperwork does not pass through a third party.
- Standard document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO) or Form A, bill of lading.
- Destination-specific documents on request — tell us the port and we will confirm what your customs needs before you pay the deposit.
- Main ports served: Lagos (Apapa), Tema, Abidjan, Douala, Jebel Ali, Dammam, Mombasa and Dar es Salaam. Other ports on request.
- Shipping terms: FOB Qingdao as standard; CIF quoted on request.

What is your minimum order?
One mixed container position. We do not sell single pieces or retail quantities. Send your list and we will tell you whether it reaches the minimum and what would fill the remaining space.
Can you send a price list?
We quote against your list rather than publishing a general price list, because price depends on specification, quantity and destination. Submit the wholesale application and you will have an FOB quotation within 24 hours.
How long is production?
Stock lines in standard specifications are ready in 15 to 20 days from deposit. Custom hub patterns, non-standard track widths or special paint add roughly 10 days for tooling. Ocean transit depends on your port and the sailing schedule, and we confirm it with your booking.
Can I order a sample first?
For a single axle or a small trial set we can quote a sample, but ocean freight on a small shipment is high relative to the goods. Most buyers start with a mixed container instead, which spreads the freight across several lines. Samples are charged at the quoted piece price with freight paid by the buyer, and the sample charge is credited in full against your first full container order.
Do you supply brand-name parts?
We supply our own trailer running gear made in Liangshan, matched to the common international dimensions your trailers already use. Tell us the specification you are replacing and we will confirm the matching item before you order.
